Silent Falls closed its doors in 1971, but the abandoned sanitarium has never truly been empty.

When Jack Wynter invites the Stark brothers, along with their friends Kevin and Grant, to spend Halloween night inside the notorious facility, Bobby and Brandon eagerly accept the challenge. Rumors of restless spirits, unexplained disappearances, and terrifying encounters have surrounded Silent Falls for decades, and the boys are determined to uncover the truth.

Joining them is Jack's cousin, Mark Willingham, a self-taught paranormal investigator whose team is convinced the sanitarium is one of the most haunted locations in the country. Mark promises a night filled with supernatural activity, but no one is prepared for what they find lurking within Silent Falls' walls.
