RC has revealed a change to the planned book order. The series will now debut with The Lake Chelan Incident, replacing Vanished by the Bay as the first installment.

Bobby Stark is spending two weeks in San Francisco attending an intensive criminology course at a local university. When a crash in the middle of the night jolts him awake just in time to witness a terrifying sight: a body plummeting past his window toward the street below.

But when he races downstairs, there is no body.

No evidence that anything happened at all.

As the mystery deepens, Brandon discovers that the falling body was only the beginning. Someone has gone to extraordinary lengths to erase all traces of a crime, and now the Stark brothers are caught in the middle of a conspiracy far larger than either brother imagined.

With time running out and danger closing in from every direction, Brandon must find Bobby before he becomes the next person to vanish without a trace.
